About this follow-up
Capture what the experience was like
This short, optional follow-up can flag broad things that worked or got in the way. It does not grade your experience, analyze your personality, or validate the assessment.

Exactly what the receipt includes—and leaves out
The receipt contains only the broad choices you make below and static version codes. This page never reads your assessment answers, question identifiers, profile, scores, labels, birth-date symbolism, life context, identity, device information, or typed comments.
No feedback choice is placed in cookies or browser storage, and nothing is sent to the site. A separate site preference may remember your theme or appearance on this device; it contains no feedback value.
If you copy or download the receipt and share it yourself, clipboard sync, a messaging service, or the recipient may still identify you. The receipt is informal product feedback—not anonymous proof, research data, or scientific validation.
Nothing is preselected. The only required choice is how far you got. To create a useful receipt, add at least one other optional choice or issue area.
How far did you get?
This keeps later questions relevant to what you actually saw.
